All gift card purchases are non‑refundable.

Gift cards may be redeemed for services or retail products but hold no cash value.
⏰ Late Arrival Policy

We kindly ask that you arrive 10–15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.

If you arrive 15 minutes late or more, and there is not adequate time to complete your service, we may need to reschedule your appointment.

Late arrivals that require rescheduling may be subject to our cancellation policy.
📅 Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
To respect the time of our therapists and other guests:

Cancellations or rescheduling made within 24 hours of your appointment time may result in a 30% charge of the scheduled service.

No‑shows may be charged up to 100% of the service value.

We keep a credit card on file to enforce this policy.

We do not charge your card automatically for any service unless the cancellation policy needs to be applied.

Failure to complete required forms may result in the appointment being rescheduled or canceled.

The spa reserves the right to refuse service to anyone whose behavior is disruptive or unsafe.
Thank you for joining us at The Getaway Spa. Please cancel or reschedule appointments 24 hours before your scheduled service time to avoid a 30% cancellation fees. If you arrive 15 minutes after your scheduled service time, a cancellation charge may be added and you may need to reschedule your appointment as we have other appointments that need to be tended to. If you call and there is no response please leave a voicemail or email notifying us of the cancellation.
